As the Manager for Clinical Neurophysiology at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, you will oversee the main EEG, adult epilepsy, pediatric epilepsy, and cerebral blood flow lab technologists. You will be responsible for scheduling/workloads as well as performing complex procedures and ensuring staff maintain relevant competencies and credentials. Key duties include: Recruiting, managing and developing staff. Preparing, monitoring and managing budgets. Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with attending, fellow, and resident physicians. Performing complex intraoperative monitoring. Introducing and teaching new, complex intraoperative monitoring techniques. Covering overflow of clinical procedures.
QualificationsTo succeed in this position, you must possess: Diplomate in ABNM or equivalent in areas of practice. Bachelor's degree - Master's preferred. 5-10 years of management experience.
