We are seeking a professional recruiter for Director-level positions who possesses strong, broad market knowledge and networking skills to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
As our Director Recruiter, you will develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligning to market and business objectives. You will develop relationships with internal stakeholders including C-suite, VP and Director level. You�ll provide subject matter expertise on Tenet�s recruitment processes.
You will be well versed in Applicant Tracking Software and techniques to source passive candidates through various platforms, including Social Media.
You will provide weekly updates through reporting to internal stakeholders.
Serves as ambassador by attending community events, job fairs and school fairs
Qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills to all levels within the organization
- Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model
- Track record of innovative sourcing and building talent communities
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability
- Bachelor�s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of Full Desk Recruitment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems
