This position is responsible for performing full life cycle Recruiting including candidate sourcing, screening, ATS processing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding tasks for various Hospital and Healthcare professionals within a corporate setting. Utilizes various recruitment tools as well as traditional networking and cold calling techniques to source high caliber candidates for our not-for-profit hospital system. This position frequently interacts with high level contacts and has exposure to sensitive information necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment. Will work directly with CHRISTUS EMS and Flight For Life, with addition to other critical roles within the hospital setting
Requirements:
Bachelor in related area preferred
1 year experience in high volume recruiting or marketing, 5 years emergency services or healthcare
Previous HR experience preferred
Ability to manage a full desk and requisition load
High degree of organization and ability to prioritize task
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
