Position Summary: The Recruiter is responsible for providing a full range of sourcing strategies to fill exempt and non-exempt positions with assigned customer groups. This position requires a service-oriented individual with the ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced, team environment. The. Recruiter must manage multiple conflicting priorities, demonstrate a high attention to detail and form effective partnerships with MHS leadership, candidates, peers, service providers and academic institutions. Work situations require organization, prioritization, resourcefulness, initiative, persuasiveness and a sense of urgency balanced with discretion and good judgment in decision-making. Areas of responsibility include: defining job requirements; developing recruitment strategies; sourcing qualified internal and external candidates; prescreening; consulting on selection processes; ensuring completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screens; ensuring completion of new hire paperwork; maintaining complete, accurate applicant tracking records and serving as an ambassador for MultiCare.
Minimum Requirements: Two years recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or union setting HR or recruitment certification preferred
Education/Licenses/Certifications: BA degree in Human Resources, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
