SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all activities for the recruitment and hiring of physicians and advanced practice clinicians Responsible for administration of physician recruitment program to ensure that highly qualified candidates are identified and presented to the hiring managers in a timely and professional manner. This includes oversight of the applicant tracking process, candidate identification and screening, coordination of interview and selection activities, and initial onboarding. Oversee and manage search firm (or other vendor) contracts and usage.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years Clinical Recruitment and/or related experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Strong MS Office Skills
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
Knowledge of credentialing process as it relates to recruitment
Knowledge of employment visas and greencard process
Ability to conduct intake sessions and implement service level agreements
Ability to phone screen candidates using intake information and disposition candidates accordingly
Ability to source candidates using a variety of sourcing tools
Ability to demonstrate exceptional candidate experience
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time; some travel may require overnight stays
Demonstrate organizational values
Knowledge of employment laws, ability to apply them and advise Managers as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal recruitment training
Experience implementing diversity recruitment plans
Experience in negotiation and overcoming objections
