Due to continued growth, ChristianaCare is currently searching for a Senior Physician Recruiter to lead the recruitment efforts for physician position openings in varied medical specialties for inpatient and outpatient medical practices. We handle approximately 90 - 100 new physician hires annually and this senior physician recruiter will oversee and/or will be involved in every aspect of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, candidate screening/interviewing, preparation and negotiation of job offers, contract negotiation and post offer/onboarding.
This is an excellent career opportunity with high organization visibility as you partner with senior leaders in managing the recruitment efforts for multiple position openings. The senior physician recruiter also partners with leaders and a senior candidate generation specialist to develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies. Additional job responsibilities include attending virtual career fairs, conducting ChristianaCare resident/fellow information sessions and participating on team process improvement projects. Our ATS is Workday.
The individual may work remotely and will need to be able to come into Wilmington, DE periodically.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with six years full cycle, high volume, multi-level hard-to-fill recruitment experience required; preferably some of that time in a complex health system.
Experience working with physicians required.
Proven experience in the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives required.
Twelve years full cycle, high volume, multi-level work experience that includes physician positions may be substituted for education and work experience requirements.
