Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Director of Physician Recruitment to be onsite at our Orlando location and to oversee physician recruitment across the Nemours Health System. The Director of Physician Recruitment has the responsibility to ensure that the Physician Recruitment Team has a strong customer focus, are operationally efficient and achieve effective recruitment outcomes consistent with organizational strategies.
