The PIH Health System Director, Talent Acquisition will drive the daily execution and strategy of the talent acquisition function within the enterprise through the development and implementation of strategic programs that support all entities in acquiring the human capital necessary to deliver and meet the organizations demands. The role is designed to support all locations and operations including Medical Group. The position is intended to maximize the value of strategic acquisition programs to ensure employees are attracted to the organization with the requisite skill and capability level to deliver on organization goals and objectives. The Director Talent Acquisition is responsible for identifying gaps in exist
