JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Recruitment Scheduling Coordinator (Administrative Assistant) to assist the Medical Staff Recruitment team with all activities related to provider recruitment. This role plays a key role in ensuring seamless interview and travel logistics for physician and APP (PA/NP) candidates. Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews is the main responsibility within this role.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling multiple candidate interviews simultaneously with department liaisons and leaders; responsible for managing multiple calendars and itineraries within the DHIP MSR team.
Assists recruiters/physician candidates with site visit logistics, i.e., travel arrangements, itinerary composition, reservations, transportation, etc.
Assists with expense allocation and reimbursement to provider candidates, as well as internal reallocation of expenses through systems access and utilization.
Assists VP & Director with reports, PowerPoint presentations, meeting logistics, calendar requests, and other administrative duties as assigned. Run monthly reports and communicate/send them out to multiple audiences.
Performs complex administrative duties relative to physician/provider recruitment, including composing correspondence, and coordinating resources across corporate functions.
JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
High school education or equivalent.
Two years of administrative support experience of increasing variety and/or complexity
Experience working in a healthcare organization or staffing agency preffered.
JOB HOURS
The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
