Responsibilities POSITION SUMMARY:Responsible for recruiting qualified candidates from the community and other parts of the US.  Assists with the development of hospital programs and services that support recruitment.  Work involves planning, coordination, market research, negotiation and implementation of recruitment activities.  Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS:1.      At least two years experience in Human Resources required, preference to previous experience in healthcare.2.      Excellent organizational skills.3.      Knowledge of current computer software.
