DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY: Business Partners are people champions and support the implementation of effective people strategy in assigned operational areas. Strategy addresses key performance results for customer service, communication, retention, employee satisfaction, and engagement. Business Partner support will encompass all areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment, retention, performance management, talent development, policy adherance and development, total rewards (benefits) and Associate and labor (union) relations.RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:  High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.  HR c
