As a Talent Acquisition Representative focused on Onboarding, you?ll play a key role in welcoming new teammates, ensuring every hire feels supported, informed, and excited for their first day. You?ll manage important pre?hire steps, keep our HR systems running smoothly, and deliver the signature WakeMed level of care to candidates, leaders, and internal partners alike.
What you?ll do:
Send offer communications and initiate/monitor all pre?employment requirements, including background checks, employment and education verifications, drug screens, license checks, and I?9 completion etc.
Enter and maintain accurate new?hire data across systems including iCIMS and Infor
Provide administrative support across onboarding workflows to ensure a seamless, high?touch new?hire experience
Assist with additional tasks as needed - including invoice processing, temporary staffing coordination, sourcing, and social media research
Deliver responsive, compassionate, and service?minded support to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers - the WakeMed way
The estimated hiring range for this position is $21-27/hr, dependent upon qualifying education and experience.
