BJC is hiring an intern for the HR department!  This position is looking for 2027-2028 grads that are interested in human resources ! This intern will rotate between different areas within HR that could include - Talent Strategies, Belonging and Inclusion, and HR Operations, and Advise and Counsel.

Role Purpose

The BJC Career Development Intern Program (CDIP) will support the pipeline initiatives of BJC Healthcare. We have a variety of paid internships for both undergraduate and graduate students. Most internship assignments are project-based. As an intern in the career development program students can expect to work part-time during the school year and full-time during the summer. Students must be enrolled in a degreed program - preference given to students who have completed at a minimum, freshmen year.Students will have exposure to a variety of professional experiences: ?Professional development training and workshops?Extensive networking opportunities?Interaction with senior leaders?A dedicated support network
