Job Summary: WMC Health Network is currently seeking an Advanced Clinical Recruiter (ACR) to facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process for physician and mid-level candidates.  Responsibilities include; The ACR will

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and directing activities related to the recruitment, selection, and placement of all advanced clinical new hires.

• Act as a key advisor for their designated service lines and will assume full responsibility for advertising campaigns, employment offers, onboarding and the overall candidate experience from start to finish.

• Assists with the onboarding and orienting new of new candidates;

• Acts as main point of contact for all advanced clinical new hires.

• Manages Position Manager when screening and posting positions.

• Works with leadership to find candidates that match their needs.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Experience: Two (2) years previous healthcare and/or Advanced Clinical recruiting background is preferred.

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field.
