Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Regional Human Resources team in the role of Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner helps the business meet its goals by aligning HR strategies with business objectives at the regional and/or functional level within Indiana University Health. You will partner with business leaders and team members to identify and implement strategies and action plans across a variety of areas, including, talent management, engagement, workforce planning, leader and team development and change management. You will operate as a trusted, strategic business advisor with deep subject matter expertise in HR. You will work with the HR Centers of Excellence in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Learning and Development to address regional/functional challenges, share learning and contribute to system level HR practices. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides support for business transformation/change efforts and uses HR metrics to measure progress, make decisions, problem solve, and identify issues.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required. MSHR/MBA is preferred.
Requires 5-7 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
Requires experience in the design, development, and execution of HR programs in a highly matrixed and complex work environment.
Must be able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA, COBRA, ADA, FMLA, etc.).
Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI and SharePoint.
